“Bite Size Treats, Custom Cakes & More!”

I’ve designed the page to be simple and straight-forward as possible while retaining the charm that each of the delectable creations has to offer. The purpose of the slider up top is to highlight and to capture the audience, future clients and visitors to the site with a sneak peek of what the bakery has to offer. In a previous version of Bonnie’s business, we opted for a full screen header/slider but was seen as overdone or outdated. The right half of the page (on desktop) gives the potential clients an idea of what to expect from this particular business and to scroll down further if they are interested in inquiring about placing an order.

I’ve included the flavour menu as a part of a light box to be unobtrusive as possible but at the same time still retaining it’s function if a guest were to fill out the inquiry or order form without changing pages.

Mobile-responsive for all devices. As seen here for an iPhone and iPad.

On this page is an Instagram feed opposed to a static gallery because Bonnie is active on all the social media channels and utilizes it to cross promote the website and to take in bakery orders.

Towards the bottom of the page there is map which pulls the information from the Google Map API in addition to the pertinent contact information for the shop.
